Damn right. That whole whatever you do don't kill the villain, no matter what he is doing or trying to do is ridiculous, if Batman had killed the Joker long ago there would be countless comic book people still alive, men, women, and children. Of course comics would be without their greatest villain.
Capt Marvel does seem to have a little quirk for throwing people from high places.

These films inspired my older brother to make his own super hero costume.He called himself the "Winged Avenger".While all the other kids played on the back fields he suddenly appeared green tights ,leather mask etc stood on the bonfire wood pile ,exclaiming"The winged avenger....
