http://www.keithmolloy.com In this short video, you will see Dr. Tom Bilella, of Nutrition Treatment Center (www.nutritiontreatmentcenter.com), take on the TEST Sports Club (Tinton Falls) 1 minute rower challenge.

This is an anaerobic power challenge. Tom is trying to cover as much distance as possible in 1 minute. One minute sounds harmless, but trust me, you are gassed after this event. So when people say they don't have time to exercise, I say bulls*@t. It's about the intensity, not the time. Have someone teach you the proper technique, and then try this!

  • you should set the timer for 1 minute so when finish it will give you your exact time

  • @wpsmith62 - you're right of course.....one of our timers does that....should have used that one....the other doesn't....next time....thanks, Keith

  • You guys have no idea what you are doing/saying... nooobs

  • Why not set the timer for 1 minute and then you wouldn't get to count the meters after a minute...which shouldn't count...but then again, you probably don't know how to use the machine
