Dissidia -Final Fantasy-

This video was made, primarily due to the fact that I had previously produced a Heroes Deathmatch, and a Villain Deathmatch. Originally, I was only planning to leave it at that, but with the amount of comments that wanted me to do such a thing, I thought to myself about it alot - and decided to make this video as fan-service. The project itself took over 2 months, but then that was because my laptop's motherboard failed as I was about to finish it. I, therefore, had to begin anew - which was a good thing. I was able to collect the individual replays from my PSP, of which I kept incase such an event was to happen, and strung them together with Sony Vegas 9.0.


The background music itself consists of 4 tracks in Dissidia, of which i'd like to call my own cocktail. These songs are (in order of occurrence):

- DISSIDIA Opening (0:00 - 2:19)
- DISSIDIA Main Theme (2:20 - 4:07)
- DISSIDIA Opening (4:08 - 5:43)
- Overture to DISSIDIA (5:44 - 6:44)
- DISSIDIA Ending Theme (6:45 - 8:03)
- DISSIDIA Opening (8:04 - 9:37)

Final Fantasy
- The Warrior of Light fights a demonic force (the Emperor), referencing what he did in the original game (the four elemental fiends, and Chaos).

Final Fantasy IV
- Cecil faces, and eliminates the Cloud of Darkness, referencing his transformation into a Paladin on Mount Ordeals after eradicating the inner darkness within his heart.
- Cecil faces the Emperor for a brief moment, referencing him shifting away from royalty to find his own path (King of Baron, and erasing his bloodstained past).

Final Fantasy IX
- Kuja bombards Zidane, referencing the event in Final Fantasy IX when he learns of his Trance ability and destroys Terra in the process.

Dissidia -Final Fantasy-
- The Warrior of Light and Sephiroth face off for a brief moment, referencing the final few seconds of first trailer to be released to the public of Dissidia.
- Cecil and the Cloud of Darkness fight, referencing the opening scene of the game.
- Sephiroth and Squall fight, referencing the opening scene of the game.
- The Emperor and Terra fight, referencing the opening scene of the game.
- Kuja and Tidus fight, referencing the opening scene of the game.

damn that was one of the best dissidia videos I've ever seen! I just loved how it freeze framed or closed up on someone during an ex burst. One a side note everyone as fighting their battles equally but it seemed cloud was getting owned by sephiroth the WHOLE entire match...

You could also say that the fact the Emperor defeats Terra here is a reference to how she was controlled by the Gestahlian Empire up to the beginning of Final Fantasy VI.
