I was wondering that too, I have a Secabo, but it looks like it´s the same machine.
If I have a small piece of vinyl and cut at high speed it´s pretty silent, but if I cut from a large piece and at 300mm/s its really loud..? In the ads it said "Really silent, perfect for office enivroment" This Foison sounds more like it.. :) I have a short clip where my cutter is silent, but it cuts at 600mm setting and a small piece of vinyl..

Nice video - have a Foison S-24 myself but how did you modify it to be so silent? Mine is playing somekind of overlay melody when it is cutting vinyl.
