It made me think and realize that the veterans are fighting for how many decades now, But still, the war continues. How long will it take them to kill innocent people and die but the war still exists?

To follow, these witnesses are, I believe, to be genuine in their respective perspectives. I do not criticize them for their words. My point is simply this: If America is to survive as a nation, it must learn how to learn.

The world is shrinking in size by the day. No country is as isolated in theory as yesterday. The Web is squeezing the global population into a morass of confusion, i.e., the more you know the less you understand. Human Nature will never change. Witness pre-December 7, 1941; America had these very same people espousing the very same sentiments.
In other words, American citizens generally remain detached and don't galvanize until the threat becomes personal.

@CelestialEmbodiment The United States, since the end of the WWII, have destroyed God knows how many democratic states and killed thousands of peoples ... the first case being in 1953, when they killed democracy in ... Iran. Yes, Obama asked for 'forgiveness', but, now, it's just too late. Your massacre, I'm sure, is just a tiny drop in the bloody ocean from American establishment's hands.

@orinsisi An ex-director of the DGSE (which is the French counterpart to the American CIA), Alain Chouet, said that al-Qaida died in 2002 ; it hasn't the infrastructure anymore to attack anything. In Afghanistan, there are Talibans-rebels, but they aren't connected to al-Qaida ; 'coz al-Qaida is dead.

What kind of man was Ronald Reagan? HERO OR DEGENERATE? [Fr. the Internet: The My Lai Massacre was the mass murder conducted by a unit of the U.S. Army on Mar. 16, 1968 of 347–504 unarmed citizens in S. Vietnam, all of whom were civilians and a majority of whom were women, children (including babies) and elderly people. Many of the victims were beaten, tortured, and some of the bodies were found mutilated.] Pres. Reagan pardoned Lt. Calley who carried out the massacre. How low can you go?

@WeAreTheRPA Being a fool is never cool. PEACE OUT and listen to what these VETS are saying and try and learn something as you are indeed pathetic and I am very sorry to have wasted anytime on your sorry brainwashed self.
Read The Federalist it's a very good collection of letters written by the forefathers of the USA. They explain everything from the separation of church and state to how our defense should never be used for anything other than defending our own borders. They predict the fall of the US exactly as it has unfolded- too much power to corporations and using a "foreign enemy" to cause war. 1913 the FED. Been a fascist state ever since, disguised as democracy.

Congratulations! Thank you for standing against this silly wars! Thank you for breaking this cycle of war addiction! There is no money to send our kids to college, but there are trillions to pay for these wars, what a shame!
