Why did you brew the coffee before you steamed the milk? Ive heard that espresso goes bad after about 10 sec so you should steam first. Is that not true???

If youve ever used a Pro Machine Youll understand what i mean. Btw the one in the stainless steel cup is technically a Piccalo :P Good job

They are noisey alright but not as noisey as the older EM6900's.
