I train at Tristar for my muay thai and BJJ with Firas Zahabi. Very good school. I also do wrestling and kickboxing but at another school.

i do the lift kick thing first part of the video and spoar with my neighbor in striking and i gotta admit this video really helps surprinsingly...i caught him with the lift kick thing and knocked him down for the eventual armbar to happen! thanks guys!!!
