Two important things to note: 1) Make sure when you push through the hole you do it from the correct side 2) Make sure to cinch it tight by pulling opposite corners all the way in till the tie is secure. Don't adjust the other corners until the tie is tight.

This really is the best demo I've come across. Before, mine we're always too squished looking. I was grabbing too low on the tie before feeding through.
