I dont think he could have made this BEFORE AC came out as Its made using sound files and graphic/effect files directly from the AC disk. Plus the post date is sep 17, 2007. I'm pretty sure AC was out before that.

He/She made this before AC+ plus came out as a tribute to Accent Core coming out. The 3rd one was made as a tribute to GG2 coming out. There's still Accent Core and even then there's still patches whether fan made or official that can update the old PC game. All in all its just a hunch. Can't say for sure but if this was PS2 and Codebreaker APCSGIV must be really good programming. Heck this could all be a very well made flash video.

GRAH people keep saying that...it's not true I tell you, and it's NOT Mugen! I've seen the PC version, there IS no PC AC+ in existence anywhere! No PS2 emulator is that good anywhere....
