When Selena was 6, her and her mom were on their way to Selena's fathers wrestling match a drunk driver hit them and their car flipped over. Selena lived. Her mother did not. Ever since then her father started to drink and abuse Selena. (remember that he was a wrestler.). While she was in the hospital Selena met Demi. They became best friends.
