@saounyang dont buy that motor i have it and it will last about 3 hours then start to detereoate because of poor design. and it barly has enough power to move a pool toy. it sux

I have the Classic Cimmeron pontoon that doesn't have a preattached motor mount -I am considering a Sevylor 12 V Trolling motor with a small rechargable Sevylor battery - I havnt bought the motor nor battery yet, but I could tell from the pictures online, I may have to do some minor drilling and screwing in order to mount and use this motor - Any suggestions?

Mate I have the same pontoon boat mines a classic by cimarron im looking at a 55 lbs thrust trolling motor ,
what was that on yours and what do you use as power ?.
and how long does it last ?.
