That seems to be what I hear on a regular basis for my tests. I put too much effort into the testing, that relaxing and just performing is best. I did learn this kata and I love the form because of the different bunkai that can be learned through the techniques.

@narutouzamaki9000 You will be that good..just practice and make sure your breathing is correct and you'll do fine.. I used to be very good at Seisan Kata back years ago...I also had to perform it for a belt promotion..I passed the test but they actually told me "I was trying to hard" lol.. Guess i was a little bit TOO Rigid in my movements....

@Mosconi526 I agree. I practice Shorin Ryu and this kata is the closest to ours I have seen on here. She really did a great job. I hope once I have the kata down I am that good.

Wow that was by far the best seisan I have seen on youtube and she is only 9. just wow. that really says a lot about the difference in katas and how many of them are named seisan. * bows to the expertise*

Amazing!! This is one of my favourite katas in seibukan, and first time i see girl of this age doing it colorfully. kudos..sharanya!!!

WOW! She is VERY good at it!! I used to do Seibukan. I really love Seibukan. Its been years since i have practiced it though. I remember doing this kata in competition. Brings back good memories. I practice San Soo now, but seibukan will always be in my heart.
