  • As you can clearly see you're just about standing still while delivering the kick.

  • @Micahel213 whats the problem with that? i shouldnt be moving while throwing a kick

  • well take a 10kg dumbell. it's about the principle. You need as much forward momentum as you can muster. E= 1/2mv2. Any backward motion will decrease V which has considerable effect considering v2.

  • @Micahel213 thats why im putting my momentum forward? wasnt that what i was arguing in the first place? lol

  • First, I apologise if I offended you. It's a bad habit of mine to be a bit too candour.

You have your torso hanging back while your hips never pass your front foot. That way you lose momentum and it doesn't need much to cause you to tip over. Consider holding a 20kg dumbbell outstretched. A little knudge would be enough to put you off. For the principle look at your side kick which is nicely executed. Try side kicking with both legs for more power. (one into the ground, one toward target)

  • @Micahel213 dude i've been in taekwondo since i was 12 trust me i know what im talking about when i say that front kick i performed fine aside from putting my hands down lol

and a 20kg dumbbell would set me off balance cuz it weighs more than i do xD dude im skinny as shit lol i did push forward with my hips keeping me balanced and focusing all my power forward but i didnt overextend it

Actually you should. That way you gain optimal momentum.

If you get hyper from messing with friends. What do you think a real fight will do with you?

I'm not saying all this just to spite you. But you should not overestimate yourself. It doesn't matter how experienced someone is or in how many fights someone has been in. You can never predict how you will react when push comes to shove.

Actually, I mess around quite a bit. I'm known for it. But it doesn't keep me from maintaining kime or fighting spirit.

  • @Micahel213 i know it is thats why in a fight i would never make these mistakes however messing around with friends i didnt feel like trying

  • @Micahel213 w/e u clearly dont understand what its like to mess around with friends
