Please don't take this wrong. I just wanted to mention that the great Lou Gehrig was the son of German immigrants.
Please take this as a friendly comment. Not all Germans are Nazis, only very, very few are in fact (among them lots of non-Germans). A lot of German blood runs in the US. Rest assured, there are some real cool German-born people. I am German-born (not that I am cool). All I ask: please give the German=Nazi thinking a well deserved rest. Thank you.

Bill Dickey was my great uncle. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that him on the right in the picture at 1:41? When I was a kind, he shared with me some of the pranks they would play on each other in the locker room! Good stuff... Thanks so much for posting this clip.
