No, this would be more 18th century, due to the heavy British impact on the Game's Weapons, clothing and shipyards...

I aggree with ForDerrik 18th century or 19th century for sure. If you listen closely to the music in Bowerstone you can tell that it is in the Baroque era, which dates from the 17th century to mid 19th century. But this game is in no way historcal but if it was this would be the time period.
