In Japan, both ゴリマッチョ　("Gori macho") and 細マッチョ ("Hoso macho") boys are very popular!

細い=hosoi=slim
Hoso macho is a slim man with muscles.

ゴリラー=gorilla
Gori-macho has a more typical body builder type body

migi=right
gawa=side
kuroi=black
ma-=thinking sound

こういうこと、ゴリマッチョと言います。
Kouiu koto, gorimacho to iimasu.

kouiu=this kind
koto=thing
iimasu=to say

おばかなゴリマッチョです。
Obakana gorimachodesu.

obakana=stupid

左側の黄色のシャッツの彼、を細マッチョと言います。
Hidari no kiiro no shatsu no kare, wo hosomacho to iimasu.

hidari=left
kiiro=yellow
shatsu=shirt
kare=he, boyfriend (in this case "he")

細い、まー、細マッチョ。いいですか、皆さん？覚えましたか？　
Hosoi, maー, hosomacho. iidesuka, minnasan?　Oboemashitaka?

oboeru=remember
oboemashita=remember

ゴリマッチョ。細マッチョ。
Gorimacho. Hosomacho.

覚えましたか？ Oboemashitaka?

使ってくださいね! Tsukatte kudasai ne!

tsukau=use
tsukatte=use it

kudasai=please

I dunno, the hoso macho guys just look really skinny, and the gori macho guys just look like fat guys that do a lot of curls and get spray tans =/......neither look very macho haha.
