Oh ok thanks cause I ordered the HCG :):) I'm excited lol! One last question promise...so I can drink the oolong 3 times a day and the green tea once? I just don't know how to balance the two together lol

@TheSexxiemamii you can do before for about 30 min after a meal. and yes as long as you don't add sugar these are fine :)

Does it have to be like right after a meal? And I know the oolong is 3 times a day what about the matcha? And can you drink these teas while on the HCG diet?

@nels0nlover all you do is pour a little bit of hot water in a mug then whisk it and then pour the rest of the water :) so good!
