Nanyin (Southern classical music) performance in Quanzhou titled "Why Did I?" (我为乜) The song is about a young widow asking herself why she stayed chaste to mourn for her unwedded and already deceased husband while looking after the son of him and another woman, only to be reprimanded by the son in return for trying to control him when she's not even his natural mother.
