you were keeping up with him , means you were speeding too

Obviously, if the truck was actually speeding, you (following directly behind) were speeding as well. I'm not particularly bother by a truck going 10-15 over at that greatly reduced speed. The difference is only a few feet of stopping distance, which is easily covered by the driver's superior visibility of the road ahead.

Are you kidding me? Most cops don't even pull vehicles over until they are 15 over the speed limit.

I'm a truck driver, and believe the driver shouldn't have a CDL. He is too much of a risk to other motorists. I may speed, but only on the interstates and hiways when the traffic and weather allows it. Never in residential areas! I hope turned him in and he got fined for that crap!

oh i see
maybe he love to street race
how fast?

The speed limit on the residential is 20 MPH and the truck was going 30. On the street he turned right on, the speed limit is 25 PMH and the truck driver was speeding up to 38 MPH.
