Well, to start off that question, I want to answer it from the beginning. Straight from the beginning, I want to give you an answer. Neither are healthier for you. Both of them cause inflammation which, in turn, causes chronic diseases. That's how simple it is.

But, this is what their claim to fame is. This is what they're saying to you. The reason white bread is so much more unhealthy than wheat bread is because there's no fiber in it.

Well, that's true. It really is, because there's no fiber in it. All the starches and, obviously, it's processed more and all that, the sugar that's in there and the fats are absorbed at a higher capacity.
Now, when it comes to wheat bread, because it has the husk over the wheat, there's less absorption because the wheat, when it goes into the intestinal tract, the wheat may not fall off the grain and, in turn, it passes right through you.

But, there are starches there. That hasn't changed a bit. The starches are still in the wheat bread. The starches are still in the white bread. Both of the starches are very unhealthy to you. There is no difference here.

So, for them to say that wheat bread is healthy, it is an absolute lie. It isn't healthy. It causes inflammation which, in turn, breaks down your immune system which, in turn, allows you to get sick. Both of them do. Not just white bread. Wheat bread does the same thing.

So, don't believe them. The fact of the matter is that wheat or white, you're going to get inflammation, you just might get a little bit more from white bread. But, you're still going to get inflammation.

So, that's the myth. And that's the truth. Don't eat white bread or wheat bread. Eat green vegetables and eat fruits. Eat the human diet. It's going to work out for you. It works for me.

  • That´s going to be rough. I absolutely love white bread.

  • @shatteredsoul9999 In general grains are bird-food...try to not have any type of bread.

  • @jdh91741 Some carrots are ok, if you really love them have some but the greens of the carrots have 50 times and more nutrients than the root, try juicing them with some celery and cucumber...also carrots of today are very hybridized and contain much more sugar then the original wild carrots…also stay away from seedless fruits and fruits with non-viable seeds are super hybridized and unnaturally sweet.

  • "Its worked me, so it will work for you." unfortunately science doesn't work like this.

  • @RealityOfAging silly dude im lean as shyt bro and all i eat is fruits sugars and veggies nuts and seeds and cooked starches and have loads of never ending energy. read more bro!!

  • so which bread is good ? may be just wholegrain bread ? thanks!

  • what do we seriously eat if we want to build a lean body lol

  • I do have Acid Reflux and i always buy Wheat Bread, Veggie Burgers, green grapes, 6 cups of yogurts, Fruit Juices, Turkey Hot Dogs and Bologa. Is that good?

  • If you need to watch the amounts of starch you are eating, consider adding more carrots to your diet. One large carrot contains just 30 calories and 2 g of fiber. Carrots are also packed with a slew of vitamins and minerals. Carrots provide calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, folate, choline, beta-carotene, lutein and vitamin K.
