Another live version of DISCIPLINE from the Heaven Club in Manchester, December 23, 1980.

Maybe we will see this special moment of Industrial Muzak in better quality when the TGV DVD Box is released somewhere this year?

  • In case someone did not know -- they did not play "industrial music". And God how boring Psychic TV was ... .

  • Yes, Psychic TV were boring.

But why did TG played not Industrial? They are the "inventors" of that music genre, among Cabaret Voltaire and SPK.

  • i dont like it when people are angry about what graeme did! is it forbidden to earn money? he developed himself and his music - why not? and i think a lot of his soundtrack works are very interesting as well. i think its silly when some people talk about him like the judas of industrial music...

Gruß an alle

  • Sure, sure. SPK can be classified to be as hardcore. BUT, if you really want some badass musik, then think of Monte Cazazza, Thomas Leer & Robert Rental, and Leather Nun...I love SPK though. Big fan, and owner of all their albums. Slogun!

  • ordinary instruments? naw

  • NON

  • agreed, IMO SpK cleared us how to define industrial... the noisy industrial and the rythmic industrial (even tough Cabaret voltaire was before them)..

  • rrrrrrrrrrrr

  • wtf is this?????

  • Metal Dance was relesed as single with Will To Power B-Side and I enjoyed it very much but after they relesed Machine Age Voodoo they became realy worthless to me.

PTV first two albums are realy greate. There is more good moments in their history but they relesed so much material...

  • That is correct....A killer triple line up!

  • Sorry but SPK suckssss, listen Slug Bait, the song! In my opinion SPK, CAbaret sucks. KMFDM and EINSTURZENDE NEUBAUTEN are better

  • I agree. Psychic TV disapointed me a lot, compared 2 TG - Industrial music is what people make out of it. Otherwise it's just a terminus to discribe a certain style of music.
