This is a very scary piece of legislation! It expands the definition of "Enemy Combatant" and you can bet it will be applied to environmental activists, anti war activists of anyone who seems threatening to the dictators in power. Oh, did I mention they can torture you now and use it as evidence against you in a military tribunal where you won't even be present to defend yourself against the charges against you. So much for a trial by a jury of your peers and so much for the protection of the US constitution.
