I soaked the cashews overnight, made little "Neatballs" using a cookie scoop and now they are in the dehydrator 'til the outside gets a little crispy. They'll be ready for lunch! Thanks for such a yummy recipe!

@MzSuperMinni You could try a mix of nuts ... maybe sunflower seeds & almonds? Or pumpkin seeds & macadamia? I haven't tried it, but I bet it would be yummy! Cheers!
