@lyricaltesting Hi, I realize you posted this a while ago, but this is great example of "name-calling" which actually isn't a logically fallacy, but poor skill at arguing. The "fact" that the diver is "cruel" is not a fact at all when specimens are collected this way because there is consensus that this is the most humane way to fish an octopus such as this one. This octopus could then be studied to see why it was dying, either from old age or disease or what have you. "Bad grammar" just muddles
