  • LOL...well, dude, except for the Red Sox choking, you pretty much swung and missed the whole enchilada on this one. I give you props, though, for manning up & leaving it online for all to see. As a Yankee fan, I personally was glad to see the Phillies in the WS as they were clearly the best team in the NL.

For more Hot Stove chucks & giggles, check out Joes Job - The Ballad of Terry Francona on youtube.

Its a must-see for Yankee fans & BoSuxers alike. Go Yankees! 28 in 2010!! :-)

  • @nyyankeefanforever Haha I will always man up. I will start a new series of Baseball vidz and predictions up in a few weeks. All I can say is congrats to the Yankees, you guys deserved it no matter what anyone says. And I will be sure to check out the video. Thanks man.

  • I think the difference between the 2008 World Series and the 2009 World Series was that the Phillies were playing the Rays who were inexperienced. This year, they played a the Yankees who has a ton of experience in the World Series. If it wasn't for Cliff Lee, the Phillies would probably have gotten swept.

  • I mostly agree with you. I think of the year the Tigers went to the WS and got torched. The Rays, in my opinion, were the better team in 2008 but had NO experience.

  • The Phillies didn't really have a lot of experience either.

  • But they were in the playoffs the previous year.

  • well you were right about the Phillies getting beat in 6 games......just by the wrong team :)..

  • he got my favorite team right goo phillies

  • Yeah true, but none them had World Series experience until 2008.

  • A-Rod got him twice too.

  • Rivera was the only closer that didn't get bloodied. When he comes in the postseason, games over. I didn't really surprise me to see Lidge get rocked. The Yankees already beat them twice this year both by Melky.
