Hi Terri, Business Plan Pro is like any other tool. It's reasonably priced for what it does and we have 2 options available for the type of detail you need (check our Website for current pricing). You can't get the software for free (legally) but you can sometimes find really good deals locally at stores that carry it like Staples or Office Depot, etc.

Hi Terri, or anyone else in that knows. I wanted to know what are the major differences between Business Plan Pro vs Business Plan Pro Premier. I see that the title of the tutorial says "Business Plan Pro" but Terri is using the premier version. Also the price difference of the standard version is a lot less than the premier version, whay is that?? Please any help is appreciated since I do not know which to invest in. Thanks.

@mcxiong08 I will reply with more details and specific page links via a private message but most of your questions can be answered by checking the product details and comparison charts on our website at dot paloalto dot com and please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department via the telephone. Thanks for the question, I'll get a direct email to you shortly.

What's the difference with LIVE PLAN? and does LIVE PLAN have the Spanish choice?

@FrunzHD LivePlan is a new online offering from Palo Alto Software. In it's original incarnation it is meant to be a collaborative tool for Sales Forecasting and Budgeting for a business plan. As LivePlan matures we will be adding many more features to it including Cash management, additional financials, localized versions, etc. Right now it doesn't have the multiple language output options of our, already mature, desktop software but it will eventually.

@taxyt Thanks for the feedback. This "tutorial" was intended to be more of an overview of the product. There are more "feature specific" tutorials in our Webinar recordings in our Playlists on the channel.
