  • See i have had the complete oposite happen. I have had nothing but nice linux and unix useres and crappy windows users. For example i was at the opening of vista to the public in ohio. I meet with alot of the programers who helped devolpe it and i must say they were very arrogant and felt superior to everyone else. Even tho i showed them that most of the same security flaws in xp are still in vista and wanted to know why they were not removed they said they arnt flaws they have reasons for them.

  • I refer to your initial message. What are you so angry about? When people encounter your anger all they see is an odoriferous juvenile. Your projected rage renders whatever valid ideas you express silly and you as someone to walk away from. Dead serious, you are obviously intelligent and talented. I'd suggest dropping the rage, or you will never be an effective Linux ambassador.

  • I am not angry about anything. I am a NOC Engineer and i get lots of calls of people breaking things. So when i see video like this one i felt i should say if you dont know how to do this then stay away from pc's. I use all OS's and i fell all of them have good and bad except mac. Sorry but macs are just unix boxes with a pretty interface. Only uptill now they werent full unix just parts of unix. I dint think my comment was angry maybe to some it was no clue and sorry i dont really care.

  • I took no offense at your comment so you have nothing to apologize for. The videos I put up are generally intended to educate others. Just offering some friendly public relations advice. BTW stupid end users are why I got out of the net admin business and came back to driving a truck. Computers tend to bring the psychic vampire out in otherwise normal people.

  • I spend so much time fixing servers, routers, switches, firealls. ASA's and so on that i just cant stand end users most the time now. I also do the same thing as a side job but i include pc modding and i have also been know to get paid for trying to find security flaws in people networks and or systems.

  • What I've found is that you've got to be careful to not get upset with people, places and things around you, or you risk getting burned out. The machines themselves weren't much of a problem, but the people that use them that I had to deal with were. It was miserable. It got to the point I was constantly feeling drained of energy and I knew I was headed for health problems unless I got the hell away from it.

  • @sicknastystuff220 Android phone or iPad. iPad connects to AppleTV, Android has cables you can plug into the TV like HDMI etc.

  • @mike123asd probably

  • @calzagheisthebest its work for me 100% of the time, on my laptop, pc, and many friends of mine do it too, maybe its your video card that's not capable for the resolution of the TV, or maybe your settings.

  • @mike123asd that doesn't always work. (90% of the time, atleast) to do this you'll probably need an s-video cable.

  • @calzagheisthebest its easy. if your laptop or desktop has an HDMI port hook up a HDMI to the tv, done...

  • i cant get my picture to fill the tv screen clearly when i make it full resolution it goes blury
