They do some good synths, but, I find them really bad in replying to mails when you have a question, though, whenever they want to sell us stuff, they have the nerve to bombard us with mails...
I find them a really rude, uncommunicative bunch that has obviously lost all touch with its users and is just another large company concerned about sales, rather than making good products and maintaining good customer-relations.
Their bad attitude has really put me off buying anymore of their software.
Native are really bad at customer service .

in my experience this is true to an extent but in recent months it seems they have been making an effort to improve. hopefully that trend continues.
