Patrick, love the videos. Where do you get the music you use? I'd like to do something similar, but avoid copyright issues.

Yay! So nice to see another video! It's been awhile! I hope you will post videos more often, I enjoy them so and you'll never know how much they help me. Thanks!
sorry for playing the kill-joy;i think that yoga can be wonderful but i can't agree with the philosophy of these video who tell us that we are living in a hard world and we MUST accept it with help of yoga exercises. in a way, you tell us that the world can't change!! i feel it very sad.. but you will certainly think that, hananananananan! this guy is a evil arrongant french guy!! no good!

Nah, I understand. I certainly don't have a life anything like the misery featured in the first part of the video, and not many of my friends do either. It was just a kind of shorthand for communicating the idea of "stress"
In actuality stress is an inescapable part of the human experience. However I do believe that it's exaggerated in the modern world and this time is more important than any other to bring the concept of total wellness back into our everyday thinking.
I like France!

1:40 is a stretch I used to do in wrestling in high school. Just thought I'd mention it.

Yeah I'm sure it's been "invented" by thousands of people all over the world. Wish I could get a good name for it. Sometimes I call it Upward Facing Pigeon on the Wall.
