@miensteen I am in agree!!! and also play basket ball, due the heaviest ball and quickly moves, it is a practice to us do that

@Casper4299 just don't land on your knees or elbows but try to land on your side so you can get back up easier.

Goalkeeper should try play Volleyball too...Setting the ball, saving the spike ball makes you more alert and reflexes....
