  • i always tell my self not to click on your vids, then when i do i spend half an hour looking at them then i finde my self with the guitar in my hands playing the licks

  • Good lesson, but this is not really a Freddie King lick...It's a Lightin' Hopkins Lick....I think without a Lightin' Hopkins lick in your gig bag you don't sound authentic....Yeah Delta blues had more players and had more influence but Texas Blues has that bite to it.....To me its part of what made SVR the real thang and not some cover act. Blind Lemon JEFFERSON taught both Lightin' Hopkins and T-Bone Walker to play guitar.
