Jane Turzy " Sweet Violets"

Recorded in 1951,and the flip side is "Lonley Little Robin".Jane Turzy is best remembered for her recording of "Good Morning Mister Echo",which was released as The Jane Turzy Trio.Her voice was multi-tracked making it sound like more than one person,The song "Sweet Violets" was her third release.This to me is the best version of the many I have heard.Dinah Shore also does an excellent job with this song.Jane Turzy recorded a total of 14 records for Decca,from 1951 through 1954,She released one on Coral in 1958, plus other lables. Her last recording that I could find was on Pageant records in 1964. Enjoy
