  • because max bemis and hayley williams' voices together sound awesome and i would have loved to hear more - i dont understand why that's such a big deal for me to say, i think their voices play well off of each other and i would have loved to hear more of that, i'm a huge fan of collaborations and i think that if you're gonna have em guest star you should go all out and make it a memorable one.

either way, still a good song.

  • well i dont know if you have the album or not but "The Church Channel" is not the only song Hayley appears on in Say Anythings album.

  • she is also on the last song on the second CD, the song is called "Plea".

  • you think it was balanced just right, i think it would have been even better with a bit more hayley williams (not paramore), even if just a few more background vocals and/or harmonies not necessarily more lines or verses from her.

opinions. perfectly legal and fair in this world.

  • im just saying, it wasn't a song BY Hayley Williams, so why should there be more of her than like an 1/8 of a song, when its not hers, but a band who's shes been asked to guest ons song?

  • @autocrossaholic I agree with you. My favorite songs by say anything are found on Is A Real Boy, Baseball, and their other older stuff. But that doesn't make this album or the self titled one not good. The band changed. Bemis changed. When he cut the weed and coke, he lost some of his angsty original style, but the guy's just trying to tell his story. I personaly can really identify with both his new stuff and his old. Even if you can't, you gotta understand that people change and bands change.

  • To the guys saying this album is bad or that this is the best song on the album you can bit my ass. Skinny mean man, we killed it are both a couple of the great songs on a great album. It's a different saying anything but it's every bit as good

  • hey, i love max bemis and hayley williams is cool as far as her singing ability goes. love the song but it's a really strange transition into hayley's singing

  • Say anything, Such a sick band! :)

  • @autocrossaholic i could agree but this song is the best on the album, i love it

  • "They let us play with markers, but i kept trying to draw infinity" <3

  • Whoever disliked this song is a moron.

  • is a real boy was such a better album. i know max went through a lot of shit and this song is a great testament to his spirit but i dunno. hayley is at her absolute best in this song and i still hate it. it's such a gimmick. the best song on this double album is still worse than the worst song on is a real boy.
