MY TRUCK

this is my 1986 chevy silverado. when i got it it was in good condition, just the cab corners was rusty. i had it painted candy root beer w/ a cream colored stripe. the guy jewed my on my paint, he did not mix it right or something because it started flaking off in spots. so i decided to restore it myself. ive done all the work but i have reached a spot where i am between jobs, so as of now im gonna leave it like this till i get back to work, then ill have more on it!!!

Looks decsent but what kinda candy did u use it aint wet hok is the best bra is it poly candy cuz it looks like candy concentrate but Ive even seen concentrate look better

very cool. my dad had 3 or 4 of trucks like that. at the time i thought they looked ugly, but i was only 7-12yrs old.  now i know why he kept buying old trucks like that-they're fun an you can do so much to make it custom and unique

Nice work on the pick up. I just finished restoring a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo about 5 months ago. Now I'm restoring a 1972 VW Super Beetle. Lots of work and lots of money..

Sweet truck homie, clearly the guy ripped you off with his ameturish ways. What a fucking idiot!!! Your baby was like a big model car, xcellent work on it. You'll get it done one day, just have patience. I know about people taking advantage of one another, I've faced it all my life & last month when I though I was getting a car as a doantion to help me & my fam, but shit never happened. Peace!
