For JFK it was the Bay of Pigs which was a CIA operation. Biden is basically promising a CIA run incident (most likely in Pakistan involving the ISI). If you read his full comments he eludes to have a draft as well.

Dude you need to wake up, its not obama or mccain....in 2 years this country will be in a full scale depression, massive civil unrest, and the collapse of the dollar first, most likely martial law also, and with the abolishment of Posse Comitatus, and executive orders 11000 and on, PDD 51, its very possible. Then the economy goes ploopppppppp...seriously man, get prepared, and wake up.
