I am truly dumbfounded by Dean Fortin's tunnel vision for just replacement. Was he really serious? If he can't borrow the funds he would make the tax payers pay for the whole thing over 2 years? That's an two payments of $323 for every voter in Victoria! Why won't he look at fixing the bridge?
