1] Look at the skyline. There is NO WAY that was filmed at 9am.
2] Such a blatant first lie we can assume that almost everything else is a lie too.
3] You caught something with a cheap Kmart camera that Amateur Astronomers with thousands of dollars of equipment cant find.
4] Stellarium has Venus with a very early rise time for the 10th of Jan. This is what you filmed.

it is too bright to be planext x, we wont be available to see it until it's too late also is a brown dwarf.

@Beobachtungsposten Nah it's Venus. Jupiter is up on the Sky right now, and it's slightly smaller than Venus (in the sky, obviously).

as seen from Tromsö, Venus was going over the eastern horizon on 8.33, and setting at 11.16. So it was just a bit over the horizon for a while, and could only be seen on a elevated place. In the evening ( you do not tell at what time you made your recording) Jupiter set at 22.35, and the moon at was visible from 10.25 until 2.34 on the 12th. At least this is what my starwatch-app tells me. Have a good day!
