It has pretty low polycount (about 300 polys, that is too far from 800 limit for tf2 hats) There is also outdated texture in this video. Newest version was submited to Valve before steam workshop started working, but I'm not intrested put it in SW yet.

I would tell you to put it in steam workshop, but it seems too high poly and realistic which doesnt fit with tf2's art style. but im not saying its bad, its great!
