8051 Microcontroller Project - Traffic Controller Interrupt Routine

This is an 8051 microcontroller project I put together for school. This video demonstrates the operation of the crosswalk feature. When either crosswalk button is pushed traffic is stopped in both directions while a crosswalk light turns ON. The red button allows pedestrians heading north/south to cross the street. The black button is for east/west pedestrian traffic. After a duration of 10 seconds, the crosswalk light flashes warning pedestrians of an impending change in traffic lights.

why did you wait for it to turn red before pressing the crosswalk button. Doesn't that defeat the point of having a crosswalk button.

To all others: please don't waste my time with asking me to hand over all my work to you. Even if you paid me, I wouldn't allow you to cheat yourself from getting an education. Please put some effort into it. I am more than happy to help, but I will not even respond to people asking me for all the schematics, material list, etc. I spent many years learning computers and electronics. Please spend some time on the project and ask the right questions...I will help any way I can if time allows.

to mat2dong: No, I am not a teacher by profession...but I have taught many things to many people. I like to still think of myself as a student...I enjoy learning and helping others.
to artifactingreality: I wanted to show that the code was progressing in a certain way...it has been some time since I did this, but I do recall being required to video and highlight the interrupt code.
