@bannedagainfromutube You obviously don't understand how YouTube rating and viewing works. You can rate a video once, but you can watch it as many times as you want. Hence, "one tenth of one percent liked it" would only be true if the people who clicked 'like' only watched it once, and the people who clicked 'dislike' only watched it once, and the people who didn't rate it only watched it once. Which almost never happens once people are commenting and replying.
