It is only 4% for any random suited hand to hit running flush, so it probably doesn't deserve mentioning.
From a hypothetical standpoint though, if Dave comes over the top of Barry on the river, Barry is definitely put into a very difficult spot. This goofball was entirely capable of limping in with something like QJc and checking the turn with no fear of being outdrawn. However, I still think in the end, Barry has to call that too.
