University of Michigan - Thainight 2008 : Shadow Puppet

This year, we bring to you exotic dishes and stunning performances featuring cultures from the four regions of Thailand : North, Central, Northeast and South. We will hold a semi-formal sit-down dinner at which our guests will be served a full course dinner comprising of samplers of flavors from all over Thailand . Accompanying your taste buds satisfaction, we will have performances such as classical Thai dances, music, martial arts, and shadow puppets each showcasing the cultures of each region. Adding to the experience, we invited a professional Thai classical music band from Chicago to broaden your music spectrum. The same band came to Ann Arbor two years ago, and the feedbacks were highly positive. We are glad to be able to bring the authentic professional performing group back again to fulfill the ultimate Thai experience at Thai Night 2008.
