I just wrote 'Eugene Matos" and click search here in YouTube and found much better registrations quality of Eugene during his recent concert as diplomat here in The Hague, Holland. Well it is now that I can understand that the Dominican Republic, my best travel destination is not only Bachata and Meringue but much more...;)

spiccatto is not mandatory, can be done without spiccatto, we know that, each performer has the freedom to do it or not. What really matters here is the style, the original one, original speed, better a bit under tempo than too much ahead of tempo.

Problems at spiccatto section. Not just that it was under tempo...the bow can hardly bounce...in order to bring out the gist of the pieces you are playing...it will be better for you to work on the fundamentals of your violin technique...

More similar to the original version written by Monti.
