My Schedule:
5pm - 20 minutes
10pm - 20 minutes
2am - 2 hrs
6am - 20 minutes
1pm/2pm - 15 minutes

Feeling fabulous, fully adapted for sure, trying to wean to 3 hours a night vs 3.25 I am currently at.

I go into advice on things to keep you busy, etc.

  • Hi, today I am going to start my first day of the ubermans, I've been doing the everymans for about 2 weeks, and then i stoped due to some problems.

problems like this: I read that the polyphasic sleep can hurt your mouscles, your mouscles are basiclly growing at night, which means the less you sleep, the less your mouscles grow.

I kept reading this kind of information, which got me to think maybe I'm doing somthing wrong.

Sorry for my Grammar, spelling or any problems, please comment. ASP

  • All of those who have tried polyphasic sleeping feel no difference in recovery time when building muscle during workouts. I workout hard core and am getting pretty ripped. It doesn't seem to effect my muscles in any way.

  • How long does it take you to sleep, sometimes it takes me a while to fall asleep. should i include that in my schedule?

  • No, watch more of my videos. The point is to FORCE your body to get all of your sleep in 20 minutes, 20-25 minutes is usually what people do, I do 22. You never want to add any time to any of your naps or your body will not learn to go to sleep immediately. I hope you will go through a few of my videos I talk about it a few times! Thanks for stopping by!

  • are you still doing this? I think i am going to give it a shot.. I find that my brain works best when I have been awake forever.. maybe this will feel the same?

  • I do still do it, indeed. Its awesome you feel awake all the time, never tired. Your brain functions as per normal. If you are normally more creative at night or day it doesn't change, etc.

  • I would totally polyphasic sleep with her

  • Hi, great stuff! Very inspiring. You seem to be a natural at this - I've been trying to adapt to a polyphasic schedule for about a week now and I must say I'm finding it very difficult. Keep up the good work - your videos helped me keep going when I was about to quit :-)

  • @yatah Look into the "White noise app"

  • @bluesy92 Careful, you may need more than a week or two to adjust!

  • One thing you didn't mention... successfuly completing an architecture degree. Thats how I'll be filling up my time when I master this. :P

  • I've been wanting to try polyphasic sleeping, but I just got hired for a job with 9-hour shifts, so I would probably need to try it on a vacation week or something, and sleep through breaks.

  • I can't believe everyone is actually asking her questions about sleep and not about sleeping with her. You are insanely gorgeous!

  • I don't have a schedule for sleeping, I just sleep whenever I feel I need to

  • aeia! you are a beautiful woman. If I lived in America I'd come over to chat to you about polyphasic sleep and stuff...

I myself am a polyphasic sleeper. Love your videos.

  • This works best if abandon alcohol, caffeine, & not to argue with anyone before your naps. These things keep your sleep light. you'll sleep, but not feel rested. You'll feel it REALLY BADLY over next few naps or even few days!
