the apartment where she lived is on my street and sadly children live there today the plant has been torn down all but a few buildings and the umor was that trucks full of scrap from the plant were burried in the cimmaron river only a few hundred yards from the plant

Silkwood should be hailed as a workers' rights advocate for all people.......even though her industry was much more dangerous than the norm.
