@Sandzlolz Not raw. Fried sure, I would would give it a try. Many insects have over 10times the protein then beef or chicken. They are all exoskeleton. When I went to Mexico, they had mosquito patties, grilled grass hoppers etc. ) As long as their cooked, their fine.
