how do you get the lightning effect on vegas? if you are not using vegas, please tell me what you are using to edit your videos. thanks

Theres a tab labled Media Generators I think, go into that, then fin i think noise or bump, or something, and there are a bunch of stuff, and the lighting should be there. I know this wasnt a very good guidance, but hope it helped
