Simple Sky Tutorial- Paint Tool SAI

How to make a simple sky background on paintool sai, although this could probably work on any version of photoshop, opencanvas, or paint.NET.

Do you know how can I put a background in a picture?

@chaowolfdialga ummm... it depends on what program your using and if your layers are slightly transparent or not; for me , i just put the background layer underneath the character and whatever, or you could put the layer where ever and select the parts that you want the background to show up, and paste the background there.... ehhh... i'm not very good at explaining things....
