at the most, based on it being a grade 3 concussion Best shouldn't be playing for a month meaning its highly recommended that he sits out the remainder of the regular season and come back in whatever bowl they get into pending on how they finish (though I think he should sit out and come back for his senior year). This should've been the same for Tebow as well as he was knocked unconscious.
