@memi424 hey what i do when loading creatine i take 20 grams a day for one week. After that i take one cap in the morning to get in in my system and one after my workout to resupply my body to creatine. Try to drink 1gallon of water a day.

hi guys.. today i bought this supplement ., but i think all creatine products needs loading stage with the powders but what about this AMP??
i used it before and after my workout , and i drink a lots of water .. any advices for using it .. and can i use the whey protein in the same day .. ?? i think this too much for the renal system and with much using of those its lead to body systems damage..

@96blueball your muscles are mostly water in the first place, the density of the fibers is what makes it feel like "muscle" but its still mostly water...

@michelR90 i did a little reasearch on creatine and alot of people are having big results, so im going to be a man and admitt you guys were right, and im sorry for arguing with yall about this with out knowing everything about it. I also noticed that your body produces its on creatine. but how can your muscles be "real mucsles" if there filled with water? When you work out does it turn that water into muscle?.......again sorry lol

@96blueball you really do not know what your talking about i can tell you that in case you have ever noticed the more water you have in your muscles the more nutrients you absorb making you stronger and you will keep that built without creatine get your facts straight buddy
